About Fisbee
Chosen by Santa as the first official Elf on the Shelf to every be adopted by a human, Fisbee also serves as the narrator of The Rise of Nicholas the Noble, the novel that tells of the origin of Santa Claus. Around the North Pole, Fisbee is known as a risk-taker and explorer. After all, you can’t be the first ever to be adopted by a human family without taking a few risks along the way. There were no elf manuals. No training scrolls. No “how to blend in with Christmas décor” guides. As the first elf on official Scout Elf duty, Fisbee had to invent the role as he went along. Every move he made—from finding the perfect hiding spot to figuring out how to return to the North Pole at night—was experimental. If he failed, the whole Scout Elf mission might have ended before it began. If a child accidentally touched him or broke the “rules,” he could lose his magic. But Fisbee took a leap of faith to become the first lasting link between the magical world of the North Pole and our human world.
